Winter Fun Day - Sunday February 8th 1:30-3:30pm Woodroffe Park

Come out to celebrate Winter with your community! The CCA is hosting a Winter Fun Day Sunday Feb 8th from 1:30-3:30pm at Woodroffe Park. There will be lots of fun winter activities including skating, building with ice blocks, snow games and a scavenger hunt. There will be free Hot Chocolate, coffee and Tim Bits (while supplies last). Warm up by the cozy fire pit and roast marshmallows sponsored by The Morris Home Team. We will be collecting donations from the Britannia Woods

The Carlingwood Community Association advocates on behalf of the Carlingwood community and works closely with local elected officials and our surrounding neighbourhoods. We have an Executive that meets monthly and the meetings are open to the public. Our Annual General Meeting occurs in October when we elect a new executive consisting of a President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary and nine Directors.

We organize multiple events throughout the year, run the community rink and provide updates about issues that affect our neighbourhood including traffic calming, transportation, development to name a few.

Our goal is to engage as many neighbours as possible to ensure that everyone feels they are part of the community and can benefit from all our neighbourhood has to offer.
